[Windows 10] The coordinates of the pen are offset when multiple displays are connected:

Update(9/28/2021)

An update for Clip Studio Paint (Ver. 1.11.0) was released on September 28, 2021, to correct this problem.

Please update from the following link.

Problem

When using CLIP STUDIO PAINT in a multi-display environment with a graphics tablet, the coordinate of the pen will shift if the value of display text scaling is different.

Solution

Match the text scaling of the display

1. Right click an empty area of the desktop, and open [Display settings].

2. Each of your displays will be displayed as [1] and [2]. Click both [1] and [2] and check [Change the size of text, apps, and other items].

3. If the values of [1] and [2] are different, set them to the same percentages.
Note: In environments other than Windows 10, the shift will not occur if you follow the same steps and match the scaling of both displays.

4. Sign out from the computer and sign in.
Check if the offset of the pen coordinates has improved.

Using mouse coordinates on CLIP STUDIO PAINT

If you do not want to match the scaling of both monitors, try the following mouse mode settings.

Notes on mouse mode
CLIP STUDIO PAINT's obtains coordinates directly from the tablet, allowing it to draw highly accurate lines.
Turning mouse mode on, will base drawing on mouse coordinates. While this will solving the offset of pen coordinates, drawing precision will be lost. Draw on the canvas and check if this low precision is acceptable.
Note that this difference in drawing precision becomes more noticeable when drawing quickly or when the display magnification of the canvas is lower.

1. In Clip Studio Paint, open [File] menu > [Preferences].

2. Select [Tablet] from the left category, check [Use mouse mode in setting of tablet driver], and click [OK] at the top right.
