When using the Eraser tool, other layers of my image disappear as well.
The Eraser tool settings can be changed to make it only affect the selected layer.
Things to check
If your Eraser is set to Multiple Layers, it will affect every layer of your image.
Please set the sub tool to Hard or other settings.
If your Eraser isn't set to Multiple Layers but still affects other layers, access the Window menu and open Sub Tool Detail.
In the Erase category, make sure that Erase All Layers is not active.
If it is active, deselect the checkbox and check the function of the operation.
