When using effects such as borders and tones on the [Layer Property] palette, is it possible to register the set numerical values as initial settings?

The effect settings can be registered in the default settings of the [Layer Property] palette with the [Save as default] function.

Operation method

1. On the [Layer Property] palette, edit the effect registered in the default settings.

Here, the boundary effect [Edge] is set, and the thickness and color of the border are changed.

2. Select [≡] menu → [Save as default] at the top left of the [Layer Property] palette.

3. In the [Save Layer properties as default] dialog, check the items to be registered in the default settings and click [OK].

4. If you enable [Edge] on the [Layer Property] palette with the layer to which the effect is applied selected, the content edited in step 1 will be reflected in the layer.
