I cannot draw near the frame border
Turn off Show Ruler.
When the frame ruler is enabled, the lines snap along the border and do not appear to be drawn.
Procedure
1. Right click or long press on the ruler icon for the Frame Border folder and uncheck Show Ruler.
2. If the ruler is marked with a red “x” as shown below, it will not snap to the ruler.
Make sure that you can draw near the border.
