How do I make the eraser snap to the symmetrical ruler?

With the Eraser tool selected, check Enable snapping in the Sub Tool Detail palette.

Procedure

1. Select the Eraser tool.

2. Display the Sub Tool Detail palette.

Note: The Sub Tool Detail palette can also be accessed from Window menu > Sub Tool Detail.

3. From Correction, check Enable snapping.

4. The Eraser can now snap to symmetry rulers.
