It is generally difficult to make the colors of an image to match perfectly between a PC and smart phone.

This is because the color display methods, colors that can be represented, and performance itself varies between monitors.

Even between PCs, the way colors are displayed can differ depending on manufacturer and model. Even between the same model of monitor, individual settings for color and contrast will again create differences.

*As shown in the image above, the same [R:255, G:0, B:0] is displayed as different colors.

As a way to make the colors match more closely, you can do things such as adjust the color profile and settings of your PC monitor and find something similar to that of your smart phone.

However, even if you are able to make the colors match between your PC and smart phone, please note that there is a possibility the colors will be displayed differently on other PCs, smart phones, or viewing environments.
