A message saying [Saving Recovery Information] is displayed when I'm drawing (including cases of periodic processing times)

If [Enable Canvas Recovery] is set to ON, recovery data for your canvas will be saved at regular intervals.

Because of this, processing will occur when information is being saved. If this requires a long period of time, the [Saving Recovery Information] message will be displayed.

As this is a function that allows you to restore your work in the event of a forced shutdown, we recommend that you always have it active, but if you wish to change it, please follow the steps below.

1. From the [File] menu, open [Preferences].

*For macOS users, from the [CLIP STUDIO PAINT] menu, open [Preferences].

*For the iPad version, tap the CLIP STUDIO PAINT icon in the top right corner, and open [Preferences].

2. Settings can be changed via the [Auto-recovery] tab of the [File] category on the left.

You can change the interval that data is saved via [Save Recovery Data Every].

If [Enable Canvas Recovery] is set to off, recovery will be disabled and the [Saving Recovery Information] message will no longer be displayed.
