iPad: I want to import images from my photo app (photo library) into Clip Studio Paint
Importing images from the iPad photo app (photo library) into Clip Studio Paint depends on the canvas status and which UI mode you are using.
Please check the following for your applicable situation.
Importing an image
Studio Mode
1. From the File menu, select Import > From photo library.
2. Select the image.
3. Import the image onto the already created canvas.
Transform the image by scaling it up or down to fit the canvas.
Simple Mode
You can import images from the ... icon in the Layer palette > Add from images.

Importing to a newly created canvas
Studio Mode
1. From the File menu, select Create new from photo library.
2. Select the image.
3. A canvas will be created with the selected image.
Simple Mode
1. Tap on [...] in the upper right and select Open another canvas.
2. Select Create from image > Select from photo library.
3. Select the image.
4. A canvas will be created with the selected image.
