Error codes "12002" or "1005" displays and the work can not be synchronized with the cloud

When synchronizing with the Clip Studio cloud, the following error message shows.

What should I do?


Failed to retrieve data from cloud. Please check the connectivity of your device. Error Code: 12002

Answer

This error code may show when the connection times out. Please follow the steps below:


● Change your time zone and synchronize.


● Switch from a wireless connection to a wired connection.


● Turn your device off and on again after switching your internet connection.

(After turning the power off and on again, check that your Internet and telephone can be used without any problems.)


● For the iPad version, restart the iPad itself.
