[iPad/iPhone] I am unable to login with Clip Studio version 1.9.9 or later

Update

An update for Clip Studio Paint (Ver. 1.9.11) was released on April 27, 2020, to correct this problem.

Problem

We have confirmed some problems with the iPad/iPhone versions of Clip Studio.


・There is no response when the login button is pressed

・The screen blinks and becomes inoperable when the cloud tab is tapped


Solution

1. Tap [Return to PAINT] to open Clip Studio Paint.


2. On the top left, Tap the [P-icon] menu > [Purchase app / Change grade or payment plan].


3. When the "Log in with your Clip Studio account" screen appears, log in.

Note: If the login screen does not display, please proceed to step 4.


4. Close the monthly usage plan order screen.


5. On the top left, tap [P-icon] menu > [Open CLIP STUDIO].
