Windows: Emails received from Clip Studio are garbled in Gmail
We are aware of the problem where mail opened in Gmail from the Windows Mail app causes encoding issues with our emails.
We have received reports of garbled text in the following cases:
- Email when purchasing Clip Studio Paint
- Clip Studio account registration email
- Clippy expiration date email
If you experience this problem, you can log into Gmail from an Internet browser such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome and your email will display correctly.
