I attempted to reset my Clip Studio Account password, but I didn't receive an email to reset it.



Answer

If you did not receive an email to reset your Clip Studio account password, please check that it is not in your spam or trash folders.

Please also check that you are looking in the email account registered to your Clip Studio account.



Checking your spam folder & incoming email settings

Please check your spam folder for the following email.


Email subject: Notice of Clip Studio Account Password Change

E-mail Address: no-reply@clip-studio.com


Also, please check your incoming mail settings to ensure that you can receive emails from the above address.



Checking your registered email address

When resetting your password, a message displays telling you that your password has been sent, even if you have entered an address that is not registered to your account.


If you do not receive the password reset email, it may be that this email account is not registered to your Clip Studio account.


Note: A Clip Studio account will not be created if you use Clip Studio Paint for iPad with an Apple ID.
