What should I do if I receive a charge to my credit card that I don't recognize?
If you receive a charge on your credit card that you don't recognize, please confirm the following.
That you have paid for your monthly usage plan.
If you have enrolled in a monthly usage plan for Clip Studio Paint, that fee will be automatically renewed and deducted from your account.
At the end of the 3-month free trial period, your plan will be automatically renewed and you will be charged.

A family member used your credit card
Please confirm whether family members that have access to your credit card have used it or not.
Our product lineup includes Clip Studio Paint, software for drawing on PCs, tablets, and smartphones as well as related products and services.
Misused by a third party
If you used a credit card
If you suspect that your credit card has been fraudulently used by a third party, please contact your credit card company.
If your Clip Studio account has been used
If a third party has used your Clip Studio account, please log in to your account and change your email address and password.
