From Clip Studio Paint 1.10.0, which was released on September 30, 2020, you can restore Clip Studio Paint settings that were backed up on a Galaxy device.

Current situation

We plan to add capability to restore settings backed up in Clip Studio Paint for Galaxy to other devices (Windows/macOS/iPad/iPhone) in the next update.
