How can I try out Clip Studio Paint EX?
You can register for 30 days free from the Clip Studio Paint EX application.
Note: This is available for Windows, macOS, iPad, Android tablet and Chromebook.
Procedure
1. Access the following page, download, and install the latest version of Clip Studio Paint.
2. After installation, double-click CLIP STUDIO.
3. Select Get Clip Studio Paint.
Note: You will need to log in to your Clip Studio account.
Android Tab, and Chromebook
Tap Sign up and get 3 months free in the startup dialog, and then click Purchase under 30 days free.
Note: If Clip Studio Paint is already running as a restricted version, you can display the above dialog after restarting the application.
4. Click 30 days free to register for the service.
5. Select Open CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
6. Select I already have a license / I have signed up for the free offer or Use existing plan.
7. The license will be automatically authenticated and Clip Studio Paint will startup.
If a license list pops up, tap the license that you want to use and press Activate.
If Clip Studio Paint does not start as EX, after Clip Studio Paint starts up, select the Help menu > Review/Change License and then click Activate. For the macOS, iPad, Android tablet and Chromebook versions, please select the Clip Studio Paint menu > Review/Change License.
You are not eligible for the 30-day free license in the following cases:
- If you have already used a 30 day free license
- If you have ever used a registered trial version of Clip Studio Paint
- If you've ever used a 3-month free monthly usage plan
- If you have a Clip Studio Paint PRO/EX license
