The new version of Clip Studio Paint, 1.10.0, released on September 30, 2020, supports mouse and trackpad operation.
Please update the app from the following page.
Starting from iPadOS 13.4, the iPad supports mouse and trackpad operation.
Note:
Trackpad gestures, such as screen scrolling and secondary button clicks, are supported on the Magic Keyboard/Magic Trackpad 2.
