After purchasing Clip Studio Paint, I received the message "We are in the process of verifying your order." and I have not yet received a serial number.




Answer

If you have not received your serial number more than 24 hours after purchase, your payment may not have been completed.

Please check the email you received from Digital River and change your payment method.


Note: The one-time purchase version of Clip Studio Paint is sold through Digital River, an e-commerce platform.



Procedure

If your payment is not completed successfully, you will receive an email with the subject "Review of your order required" from "share-it! Customer Service."


Please access the URL listed after the line "Changes to payment information for order" in the email and change your payment method.
