Clip Studio Paint for Chromebook is compatible with the following operating systems.

What devices are supported?

Devices that meet the following requirements are supported.


  • 4GB or more of memory required, 8GB or more recommended
  • WXGA (1280 x 768) or higher recommended


*The memory capacity and CPU performance required depend on the size of the image to be created, the number of layers, and other factors. In general, the larger the image size and the more layers, the more memory space needed and faster CPU required.



What do I need to do to start using it?

The app is available for download from Google Play.


First time users of a monthly usage plan can use Clip Studio Paint for up to 3 months free of charge by choosing their plan from the latest version of the software.

What languages are supported?

The app is available in 11 different languages: Japanese, English, French, Spanish, German, Korean, Chinese (Traditional/Simplified), Portuguese, Thai, and Indonesian.

The language of the app is dependent on your device’s language settings.



Is it possible to draw with a pen that supports pen pressure?

If you are using a device that supports a stylus pen that detects pen pressure, you can draw with the pen pressure.



Does it support the Clip Studio Tabmate?

Unfortunately, it does not.
