Importing via drag and drop
Windows
Use the file explorer to open the folder with the brush file and drag and drop it into Clip Studio Paint's sub tool palette.
macOS
If [Use application frame] is enabled in Ver. 1.11.0 or later, open the location of the brush file in Finder and drag and drop the file into the Clip Studio Paint Sub tool palette to import it.
If [Use application frame] is disabled, or if using Clip Studio Paint Ver. 1.10.12 or earlier, please follow the following steps.
1. Close all open canvases.
2. Set the Clip Studio Paint's palette screen and the Finder screen side by side.
Note: Keep the location of the brush file open in the Finder.
3. Import the brush file by dragging it into the Sub tool palette.
Click and hold on the brush file and then begin dragging it.
If you release it after clicking, the selection window will switch to the Finder and the Clip Studio Paint screen and the drop location will be hidden.
