Windows: When drawing on a tablet PC coordinates are offset and no pen pressure is detected
If you are drawing with Clip Studio Paint on a tablet PC such as the Surface series and the coordinates are not correct or pressure is not detected, please check the following items from the top.
If you are using a Wacom product such as the Cintiq Companion or Mobile Studio series, please see here.
Checking "Using tablet service"
(1) Start Clip Studio Paint and open [Preferences].
(2) Select [Tablet], check [TabletPC] under [Using tablet service], and click OK.
Uninstalling the pen tablet driver
If you have a pen tablet driver installed, please uninstall it.
Note: Be sure to use only your device’s dedicated pen, as it may not work properly with another manufacturer's pen tablet.
Checking the pen
Please replace the pen nib, or replace and charge the battery.
