Galaxy Store: What is the refund and cancellation policy for Clip Studio Paint?

Please see below for information on refunds and cancellations of monthly usage plans for Clip Studio Paint purchased from the Galaxy Store.

Refund Policy

No refunds can be given for monthly usage plans that have been ordered on the Galaxy Store.

If you wish to cancel your plan, you must do so before its next renewal date.

If you cancel your plan, there will be no charge the next time you use the service.

1. Launch the Galaxy Store app.

2. Tap the [≡] icon at the top of the screen.

3. Select [Subscriptions].

4. Select [CLIP STUDIO PAINT for Galaxy].

5. Tap [Unsubscribe].

6. When the confirmation screen appears, tap [Unsubscribe] again to complete the cancellation.
