Windows: What should I do if an error occurs while moving the user data folder?


Please contact our support team when the error “Failed to move data. The operation will be canceled.” appears while moving the user data folder.


Note:
A conflict may arise if you sync or back up the “C:/Users/(username)/Documents/CELSYS" folder using another program.
Interrupting a sync mid-way may cause problems with your data.
