Clip Studio Cloud Outage (Updated: December 7, 2021)

An email was sent on December 7, 2021 to all those affected by the outage. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The cloud data recovery was completed at 8:00 (GMT) on December 5, 2021.
For users who have experienced problems, you can restore it by following the procedures below.
■How to restore
1. Launch CLIP STUDIO and select [Manage Works]
2. Open [This device] tab.
3. Delete the work where "Not Found” was found.
4. Open the [Cloud] tab.
5. You can download it from the [Download as new] button.

We would like to inform you of an outage that Clip Studio Cloud is currently experiencing.
Between 3:00 - 3:30am on December 2, 2021 (GMT), Clip Studio Cloud underwent maintenance aimed at improving the speed of the service. After the completion of the maintenance we received reports that some users are experiencing problems syncing with the cloud.
We have undertaken emergency maintenance today to restore the service to its state on December 2 before the original maintenance was conducted.
We will now focus our efforts on recovering cloud data for affected users. We can confirm to users who have contacted Clip Studio Support, that their cloud data is recoverable.
We will report an update when more details emerge.
We sincerely apologize for the failure of this vital function that stores your data.
If you are experiencing any problems, please use Clip Studio Cloud’s History function to attempt to restore your data. Use the following steps to download your project data.
1. Launch Clip Studio and select “Manage works”.
2. Open the Cloud tab.
3. Tap the clock icon on the projects you would like to download.
4. Download the projects by tapping on the Download button.
