How do I use the Clip Studio Paint license/plan I bought in the sale?
Please follow the steps for the product you purchased below.
Checking which product you purchased
Open the purchase confirmation email you received after purchasing the product.
If you see a 12- or 13-character alphanumeric code or a 30-character alphanumeric code starting with “SP”, it is a one-time purchase license.
Note: If you do not see a serial number as described, then you have purchased a 1 Year plan.
One-time purchase license (Windows/macOS)
If you have purchased a one-time purchase license, you can start using the app by launching it and entering your activation code or serial number.

One-time purchase licenses cannot be used on any devices other than Windows/macOS platforms.
One year plans
If you have confirmed that you purchased a 1-year plan, open Clip Studio Paint on the device you would like to use it on and authenticate your license to begin using the app.

Neither serial numbers nor activation codes are issued for 1-year plans purchased during the sale.
1-year plans purchased during the sale are standalone plans and cannot combined with active monthly plans of the same type.
Plans that are renewed after the initial 12-month period will be subject to regular (non-sale) pricing.
