I get a message about switching licenses even though I am only using a single device.

Please check if there are multiple Clip Studio Paint apps installed on your device.

In cases where multiple device-specific versions of Clip Studio Paint are installed, you will need to go through the license switching process if you open one app and then the other.

Example: Clip Studio Paint for Galaxy downloaded from the Galaxy Store and Clip Studio Paint downloaded from the Google Play Store are installed on the same Galaxy device.

To remedy the situation, please uninstall one of the apps.

The app icon for both the iPhone and iPad versions of the Clip Studio Paint are the same, so please launch the app first to determine which app to uninstall.

1. Look for the Clip Studio icon on the home screen.

The start up screen for Clip Studio Paint for iPhone is smaller and surrounded with a black background.
