Windows/macOS: Screen freezes when logging into the app

If the screen freezes and you cannot operate Clip Studio or Clip Studio Paint when logging in, the login dialog may have appeared outside of your monitor display.


Check to see if a dialog has appeared at the edge of the screen or elsewhere.

If you have multiple displays, such as a tablet connected, check each display.


If you cannot find the dialog, please follow the procedures below for each app.


Note:
If your screen is stuck, press Esc to close the off-screen dialog.

Note:
This restores the workspace (palette layout) to its default layout. Save the current workspace (palette layout) before resetting to default.
