I get a message saying “The activation code you entered has already been registered.”
When you launch Clip Studio Paint, your license gets verified, allowing you to use the app.
Preparation
Download and install the app from this page according to your product:
After installation, follow the steps below.
Windows/macOS
1. Launch Clip Studio Paint by double-clicking on its icon.
2. Tap Draw or PAINT to launch the Clip Studio Paint app.
3. Click Log in or I already have a license / I have signed up for the free offer.
4. Log in to your Clip Studio account.
5. The license will be automatically authenticated and Clip Studio Paint will start up.
Note:
If a list pops up, click on Launch or Activate on the applicable plan and product.
Windows/macOS: If you see the message, “This version cannot be activated with the current license.”
If you see an error message saying, "This version cannot be activated with the current license,” then this means that you have installed a different Clip Studio Paint version than the one for your license.
Please install the version that corresponds to your license with the steps on the following page.
Tablet/Smartphone
1. Tap the Clip Studio Paint icon to launch the app.
2. Tap Log in.
3. Log in to your Clip Studio account.
4. The license will be automatically authenticated and Clip Studio Paint will start up.
