Windows: Cannot open files by drag & drop

Issue

We have confirmed that when updating from Clip Studio, files cannot be opened by dragging and dropping them into Clip Studio Paint.

Workaround

This can be solved by restarting both Clip Studio and Clip Studio Paint, as well as the computer.

Fixes in Ver. 2.0.2 (released on April 21, 2023)

Layer folders and drawing content on layers may not display

Issue

We have confirmed that drawing contents of layers in the layer folder that were saved while hidden will not display in clip files that contain version compatibility information even after the folder is switched to shown.

Note: This is shown when the layer is hidden or shown.

Workaround

1. Tap Preferences > File details and change Save in compatibility mode to Do not save, and save the file under a different name.

2) Open the file saved in step 1, and if there are layers that are not visible, toggle to show and hide all layers to confirm that they are visible, and then resave the file.
