Clip Studio Paint 2.1.4, released on August 30, 2023, fixes the following problem.

Issue
In CLIP STUDIO PAINT Ver. 2.1.3, we have confirmed that the application will force close when opening some psd/psb files.

When synchronizing file data on Windows/macOS, “No update” is displayed and data is not synced.
Issue
Confirmed an issue when uploading file data in with Sync now in Manage works in Clip Studio, “No update” is displayed in Data Transfers and file data cannot be synced.
Workaround
For file data that displays “No update”, turn off synchronization in Clip Studio, and then turn it back on in order to be able to sync data.
Note: Switch synchronization ON/OFF when Clip Studio Paint is closed.
Fixes in Ver. 2.1.2 (released on August 10, 2023)
Canvas tabs sometimes do not display when multiple canvases are opened.
Issue
We have confirmed that canvas tabs were not displayed when multiple canvases were opened in the main window when the Window menu > Always Show Tab in Canvas was off.
Workaround
This can be avoided by going to the Window menu and turning on Always Show Tab in Canvas.
