Exported psd/psb files display in inverted black and white on macOS

Issue

We have confirmed that psd/psb files exported with Expression color set to Duotone (Threshold/Toning) display as black and white inverted or completely black in the Finder and Preview applications on macOS.

We have observed this issue with both newly exported psd/psb files and existing exported psd/psb files on macOS 14.

Note:
This is a display issue with the Finder and Preview applications. There is no problem with the exported psd/psb file data. You can display and edit it in Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop as normal and it can be submitted to printers, etc. Check for moiré in Clip Studio Paint for any files that you plan to print.
