Can you tell me about “Disable palette operation with finger or mouse”?

Turn on Disable palette operation with finger or mouse to disable the ability to control a palette with fingers or a mouse. This helps to stop mistakenly changing something with your hand or mouse while you are drawing.

Note
・This also disables external devices other than a mouse, such as the touch wheel on a pen tablet.
・You cannot set it in Simple Mode or on the iPhone.
