How do I pause my annual/monthly plan?
You can pause your annual/monthly plan on the Plan Details page.
After August 7, 2024, plans applied through a web browser or the apps for Windows/macOS can be paused.
Procedure
1. Open the Plan Details page.
2. Select the plan you want to pause and click Details.
3. Click Cancel plan at the bottom of the screen.
4. Click Pause plan.
5. Set the pause period and click Pause plan. The pause period can be set from one to three months.
When the completion screen is displayed, the pause of your plan is complete.
- While you will lose annual/monthly plan bonuses such as receiving Clippy, and your Clippy will be susceptible to expiration, you can keep the number of bonus materials you can download when you resume your plan.
- Your plan cannot be cancelled during the pause. If you want to cancel your plan, please cancel the pause first and follow the procedure.

The pause can be canceled at any time on the Plan Details page.
Your license will be available to use immediately after the procedure.
