On August 27, 2024, we released Clip Studio Paint Ver. 3.1.2, which fixes the following problems.

Note: All versions can be updated from their respective app stores as soon as the review process is complete.
Issue
After updating to Clip Studio Paint Ver. 3.1.0 or later, we have confirmed that when using some old Intel-integrated GPUs in a Windows environment, 3D materials are not displayed or the app freezes when pasted.

How to downgrade the version
1. Uninstall the app by following the steps on the page below.
For the Windows version, all data associated with the app, such as artworks, materials, settings, etc., will remain even if the app is uninstalled.
2. Download Clip Studio Paint Ver. 3.0.4 from the following page.
3. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.
