Chromebook: The message “Could not open file” displays when selecting a file
Issue
In Chromebook, the error message “Could not open file” displays when selecting some file formats with Open storage.

Workaround
This issue can be avoided by one of the following methods.
- Move the file under the Clip Studio folder and select it with the file picker instead of Open storage.
- Add the parent folder as a directory and select it with the file picker instead of Open storage.

Fixes in Ver. 3.2.3 (released on February 5, 2025)
Pages cannot be added in single-page works.
Issue
After updating to Ver. 3.2.2, we have confirmed that pages cannot be added on a single page canvas.
Workaround
You can avoid this issue by taking the following steps:
1. Save the single-page work.
2. Select Comic or a similar option in the Create New Canvas dialog, and check the Multiple pages box.
3. Tap Import Page or Replace Page from the Story menu.
4. Load the work saved in step 1.
