iPad: Touch gestures do not work

The following has been corrected on December 2, 2025 in Ver. 4.2.
- Touch gestures do not work due to OS behavior when returning to Clip Studio Paint from other apps when multiple apps are displayed in the Stage Manager in the iPad OS.
