Lasso may not respond
Issue
Under certain conditions, the Lasso sub tool or Lasso fill sub tool may not respond if you operate it quickly.

The starting position of the Lasso is misaligned
Issue
In the Lasso and Lasso fill sub tools, the starting position of the lasso may be misaligned with the pen tip.
During transformation, the reference point cannot be set by pressing Alt key + click

Radial Blur drawing results differ
Issue
When executing Filter > Blur > Radial Blur, the rendering result differs from the previous versions (up to 3.2.3).
Masks cannot be edited on 3D layers
Issue
If a 3D layer contains a 3D drawing figure or 3D primitives and has a layer mask, the layer mask may not be editable.

When adjusting the frame border handle, it might move to an unintended position.
Manipulating the reference point with Rotate moves it to an unintended location

All palettes are grayed out when the Color settings dialog is displayed

When trying to Pick screen color in the Color settings dialog, each palette may be grayed out and the correct colors cannot be selected.
