Windows/macOS: The pen does not respond on the Wacom One (Updated March 31, 2026)

If the pen on your Wacom One pen display is not responding, please update the tablet driver to the following version.
Windows: 6.4.11-1 or later
macOS: 6.4.11-2 or later
macOS 12: If you cannot update to version 6.4.11-2 or later
Reinstall the 6.4.10-3 driver.
1. Close all applications.
2. Uninstall the 6.4.10-3 driver.
3. Reinstall the 6.4.10-3 driver.
4. Restart your computer.
- Please uninstall the 6.4.10-3 driver at least once.
- You can also fix this problem by installing an older driver version after uninstalling 6.4.10-3.
