Windows/macOS: The pen does not respond on the Wacom One
Problem
The pen may not respond when using the Wacom One pen display tablet under the following condition:
- When the pen tablet driver has been updated from version 6.4.8-3 to 6.4.10-3
We have reported this issue to Wacom and are continuing to investigate it.
The latest information will be provided on this page.
Solution
Reinstall the 6.4.10-3 driver.
1. Close all applications.
2. Uninstall the 6.4.10-3 driver.
3. Reinstall the 6.4.10-3 driver.
4. Restart your computer.
- Please uninstall the 6.4.10-3 driver at least once.
- You can also fix this problem by installing an older driver version after uninstalling 6.4.10-3.
