How can I find diagnostic information?
You can find diagnostic information in several ways depending on your device and UI mode.
Check how to get it for each device and UI mode below.
Studio Mode: Tablets
1. Select the Clip Studio Paint icon > Version information.
2. At the bottom of Version information dialog, tap the Copy diagnostics button.
Studio Mode: Smartphones
1. Tap the ≡ menu and select App Settings.
2. Select Version information.
3. At the bottom of Version information dialog, tap the Copy diagnostics button.
Simple Mode: Tablets/Smartphones
1. Tap ... in the upper right corner to open the pop-up menu.
2. Select Help.
3. Tap Copy diagnostics.
Tablets/Smartphones: Obtain diagnostics from Clip Studio START
1. Tap the upper right Settings menu (gear icon) and then Clip Studio Paint.
2. At the bottom of Version information dialog, tap the Copy diagnostics button.
Windows
1. Select the Help menu > Version information.
2. At the bottom of Version information dialog, click the Copy diagnostics button.
macOS
1. Select the Clip Studio Paint menu > Version information.
2. At the bottom of Version information dialog, click the Copy diagnostics button.
How to use the diagnostic information
Right-click or long-press on a text input screen, such as an email, and select Paste.
The diagnostic information will be pasted into the text field.
