How do I clip on a clipped layer?

Question

Even if clipping is repeated, the color will stick out from the shadow part like the image. Please tell me how to draw without protruding from the shadow part.

Using layer folders, you can clip additional layers to clipping layers.

How to use layer folders

1. Click [New Layer Folder] on the [Layer] palette to create a layer folder on the undercoat layer.

2. With the layer folder created in step 1 selected, click Clip on Layer Below.

3. Click New Raster Layer to create a new raster layer in the Layers folder.

4. Fill the shadow area with the layer created in step 3.

5. Create a new raster layer on top of the shadowed layer.

6. With the layer created in step 5 selected, click Clip on Layer Below.

If you draw in this state, you can paint over the colors without protruding from the shadow area.

* If you want to add more clipping, use the layer folder in the same way to deepen the layer structure.
