Note: annual plans follow the same procedure, so please use the steps on this page regardless of your billing schedule.

Confirm which store you purchased your plan from on the Monthly Usage Plan Information page below.

Example: a plan purchased from the App Store

If you purchased the Windows or macOS versions, or via a web browser

Refunds are not available for Monthly usage plans purchased via web browsers, or those for the Windows or macOS versions of Clip Studio Paint.

If you wish to cancel your plan, you must do so before its next renewal date.

If you cancel your plan, you will not be charged for a renewal at the end of your current plan.

1. Open the following Monthly Usage Plan Information page:

2. From the list of plans displayed, select the plan you wish to cancel.

3. Click Cancel at the bottom of the page to complete the cancellation procedure.
