What is the refund and cancellation policy for the Annual/monthly usage plans?

To refund or cancel your annual/monthly plan, please follow the steps for the store you used to purchase it.



Checking which store your plan belongs to

Confirm which store you purchased your plan from on the Current Plan Details page below.



Example: a plan purchased from the App Store


If a store name is not shown here, see Plans purchased from the Clip Studio store & perpetual licenses.



Plans purchased from the Clip Studio store & perpetual licenses

Refunds are not available for annual/monthly plans purchased via the Clip Studio store, or the Windows or macOS versions of Clip Studio Paint.


If you wish to cancel your plan, you must do so before its next renewal date.

If you cancel your plan, you will not be charged for a renewal at the end of your current plan.


Procedure

1. Open the following Current Plan Details page:



2. From the list of plans, tap “Details” on the plan you wish to cancel.



3. Click Cancel plan at the bottom of the page to complete the cancellation procedure.
