I get an error message “error = capacity over” and cannot sync the work of my team
If you receive the following error message and are unable to upload your update to the cloud, the cloud capacity of the work file owner has reached its limit.
Unable to completed all of synchronization, because the Cloud capacity is insufficient.

Please follow the steps below to delete unnecessary data from the cloud to free up space before syncing.

Steps
Steps to be performed by the owner of the work file
1. Log in to your Clip Studio account.
2. Open Manage works, Projects or Manage materials, select the Cloud tab, and delete any unnecessary data on the cloud.
Tablet/Computer
Ver. 3.0 or later
Ver. 2.0 or earlier
Smartphone
3. Confirm that there is now space in the cloud.
Note
・Please download the necessary data to your device.
・Click on the information icon to see how many files are in the cloud.
・If you are using a tablet or computer, you can easily see the capacity in the list view.
Steps to be performed by the team members
Team members who were unable to synchronize their pages should open their work and press the Sync all pages now button in the page manager window to synchronize their work.
