How do I change my maximum Clip Studio cloud capacity?

Anyone with a Clip Studio account can use up to 10 GB of cloud storage.


You can change your maximum capacity to 100 GB or 300 GB if you are currently subscribed to one of the following plans.

Note:
- The Smartphone plan is not eligible for changing your maximum cloud storage capacity.
- Your cloud storage capacity is linked to your Clip Studio account. Even if you change your license and device, you can carry over your cloud storage by logging into the same Clip Studio account.



How to sign up:

1. Open Plan Options.

Note: You will need to log in to your Clip Studio account.


2. Under Change your cloud storage max capacity, tap Subscribe or Change plan.

3. Select the capacity you want and follow the procedures on the screen to sign up.




How to cancel:

1. Open the following Current Plan Details page:

Note: You will need to log in to your Clip Studio account.



2. From the list of plans, tap Details on the plan you wish to cancel.



3. Tap Cancel plan at the bottom of the page.



4. Read over the warnings, and if there are no issues, tap Cancel plan at the bottom of the page.



5. Check the cancellation details and tap Request cancellation.



6. If the following screen is displayed, your request for the cancellation of your plan has been completed.



- Cancellation will not mean that the Pass immediately expires. The Pass will expire on the date of the next scheduled payment.

- You will be able to use the Update Pass until the next scheduled payment.

- You can also stop a cancellation.

- If the Pass cannot be successfully paid for on the scheduled payment date it will also get cancelled.
