Assets: How can I import pose materials?

You can use pose materials downloaded from Clip Studio ASSETS by pasting them onto 3D drawing figures.

The process depends on your device, so please check the following.

Tablet/Computer

1. Select any category in the Window > Material menu



2. You can drag and drop the 3D drawing figure from the Material palette > 3D > Body type folder.



3. In the Material palette, select the Download folder, then drag the material onto the 3D drawing figure on the canvas.




Note:

・ You can also use pose materials on 3D Character materials.

・If you drag a pose material directly to the canvas, not to a 3D drawing figure, the pose material will appear on the default 3D drawing figure specified in your Preferences.





Smartphone

1. Select the Material palette from the palette bar, and tap the “Save folder for materials” icon.



2. In the “Save folder for materials” dialog, select the 3D folder and tap OK.



3. Double-tap the 3D drawing figure in the Material palette to paste it to the canvas.

You can also drag & drop materials by long-pressing the bottom left grip icon next to each material and then dragging them to the canvas.



4. Open the Material palette again, and select the “Save folder for materials” icon.



5. In the “Save folder for materials” dialog, select the Download folder and tap OK.



6. Double-tap the pose material you want to import in the Material palette, and it will be applied to the 3D drawing figure.

You can also use the grip to drag and drop the material to the canvas.




Note:

・ You can also use pose materials on 3D Character materials.

・If you double-tap a pose material when there is no 3D drawing figure on the canvas, the pose material will appear on the default 3D drawing figure specified in your Preferences.
