[Tablet] What should I do if the menu bar and the command bar at the top of the screen are hidden?
If you cannot see the [Menu Bar] or [Command Bar] at the top of the Clip Studio Paint screen you can restore it by resetting the [Quick Access] palette or the [Window position] to their default settings.
From the Quick Access palette
1 Tap the [Quick Access] palette icon on the left side of the screen.
2 Tap [Quick Access Settings] at the bottom of the Quick Access palette.
3 After opening the [Quick Access Settings], follow the steps below:
(1) Check that the drop-down is set to [Menu commands].
(2) Tap [>] button on the left of the [Window] menu to expand it.
(3) Select [Show Menu Bar].
(4) Click [Add].
4 Close [Quick Access Settings] and bring back the menu bar by tapping on [Show/Hide Menu Bar], which has now been added to the palette.
5 Check [Window] > [Command Bar] in the menu bar to bring up the command bar.
How to reset the window position
If the Quick Access palette is also hidden, you can reset the window position by relaunching Clip Studio Paint, which will bring the menu bar and command bars back.
Note: By doing this, the position of the palette and the contents of the dialog box will also revert to their defaults.
1 Close Clip Studio Paint.
2 Follow the steps here to bring up the [Reset to original defaults] dialog box.
3 When the [Reset to original defaults] dialog box appears, check [Window position] and press [OK].
