Why was my Clip Studio cloud data deleted?

If your Clip Studio cloud data exceeds 10 GB, then the excess data will be deleted after 30 days.


Note:
You can continue to use up to 10 GB of data.


If you would like to continue to use data over the default amount, please consider changing your maximum cloud capacity.

Cloud data deletion due to lack of login activity

Any cloud data attached to a Clip Studio account that has not been logged in for more than one year will be deleted, including the default 10 GB.


Prevent your data from being deleted by doing the following:


  • Log in before one year passes from your last login


Note:
Data saved on your device will not be deleted.
