Does Clip Studio Paint have a "Puppet warp" feature?

You can use Puppet warp from the Move / Transform or Edit menu > Transform.

Simple Mode

Studio Mode

Procedure in Simple Mode

1. Select the layer that contains the image you want to transform.

Note: If you want to transform multiple layers, then put them in a layer folder and select that.

2. Select Move / Transform.

3. Select Puppet warp.

4. Tap on the image to place pins on the mesh.

5. Drag the center of the pin to move it and transform the image.

6. Tap OK to apply the transformation.
