Can I draw accurate straight lines or shapes with a brush?
By enabling Smart Shape, you can accurately draw straight lines and shapes with brushes.
Procedure
1. Open Preferences.
2. Turn on Hold to create figures.
Turn on Show Smart Shape launcher.
Studio Mode
From Tool > Smart Shape, check Hold to create figures and then tap OK.
Simple Mode
Under Smart Shape, turn on Hold to create figures.
3. Open a canvas.
4. Draw a line or shape with a brush.
5. Press and hold at the end of drawing to correct the line or shape.
The Smart Shape launcher will show the closest lines or shapes from the following list based on what was drawn.
- Straight line
- Polyline
- Curve
- Continuous curve
- Triangle
- Equilateral triangle
- Quadrilateral
- Rectangle
- Square
- Ellipse
- Circle
- Polygon
- Regular polygon
