End of Windows 7 and 8 Operation Support

As of January 14, 2020, Windows 7 is no longer be supported by Microsoft. Windows 8 support ended on January 12, 2016. Please check here for information on how to migrate your settings to another device, such as a computer with Windows 10.

End of Windows 32-bit version

As most computers now available for purchase are 64-bit, and in many cases peripherals do not support a 32-bit OS, our aim going forward will be to provide a better production experience by optimizing our software for the 64-bit OS. Most peripherals support 64-bit, and there is no need for concern over the amount of memory and speed.

For the Windows 32-bit compatible version, please download Version 1.9.11 from the following page.

Support for macOS/iOS/iPadOS

As for macOS/iOS/iPadOS, Apple releases a major update to its OS once a year. In order to take full advantage of the benefits of major OS upgrades, such as improved security, we will support four MacOS versions, including the latest version, as well as two iOS/iPadOS versions, including the latest version.

Using an OS that is no longer guaranteed to work

The PC version is still available for download, and we encourage you to use the appropriate version for your OS.

Current versions of the iPad and iPhone versions will continue to run on the current OS, but you cannot download past versions from the Apple Store, so please consider updating your OS instead.

We will continue to accept support inquiries regardless of the version or OS you are using.

Thank you for your continued support and patronage.
