Ver.5.1: After the update, pinch gestures for zooming in and out on the canvas became restricted.
Go to Preferences > Canvas > Scale, then uncheck Limit the display scale of tools and gestures.
Starting with Ver. 5.1, you can limit the canvas zooming in and out when using touch gestures or scroll wheels.

Directions
1. Open Preferences.
2. Go to Preferences > Canvas > Scale > uncheck Limit the display scale of tools and gestures and select OK to confirm.
3. You can zoom in and out on the canvas using pinch gestures without any restrictions.
