The message “Failed to verify the license.” appears and I cannot authenticate my license.
If this dialog appears, cut your device’s internet connection, reconnect and try again.
Checking your internet connection status
Disconnect and reconnect your device's internet connection.
For wireless connections
Turn off your device’s Wi-Fi connection, then turn it on, and reconnect.
For wired connections
Unplug the LAN cable from your computer and plug it back in.
Please make sure that the device is completely offline before reconnecting.
Re-authenticating licenses
Please follow the steps in the FAQ below to reauthenticate your license.
